Trenbolone enanthate is a 19-nortestosterone (19-nor) anabolic androgenic steroid. The 19-nor designation refers to structural changes in the hormone testosterone as it is missing a carbon atom at stage 19. In fact, trenbolone is just a modified form of nandrolone, which itself is just a structurally modified form of testosterone.
